Neck Pain

Neck Pain is another common complaint that is most often a result of sleeping in an awkward position, using a computer for long periods of time and muscle strain, which might be the result of  sport or even bad posture. Additionally, anxiety and stress can cause the muscle in the neck to tense, leading to pain and stiffness.

Simple preventative techniques involve taking breaks during activities that involve the neck being in a similar position for a long time (like working at the computer or driving), breathing exercises to help relaxation, improving posture and not sleeping on your front.
